i doubt the item would break- tho my carpal might hurt by opening it.

Why couldn't the guy walk into a Walmart to get the card?  That is wasteful and stupid on his part.
So, he can't really expect anything better of them.

I ordered personalized gift cards for the kids on Christmas...from Mervyns.  They came in an envelope with a card.  No packing..nothing extra.
