Status: offline 		This post is half conversation and half announcement. My submissive is a puppy boy, and I've learned a lot in my time with him about puppy play and the different forms it can take.  But what I have not found is a place for us to caht with others who share our 'paradigm.  So I decided to create a list on Y groups to focus on this miscellaneous ‘human pet’ category of folks.  Ponies are outdoor pets, and usually working animals.  I'm interested in the indoor pets, the cuddly creatures that snuggle up on the bed or spend time in your lap.  They might even sleep in a cage by the bed, but they are undoubtedly a part of the indoor household.  I've seen puppies, kittens, mice, even a bunny here and there.  So if you're one of these human critters or an Owner/Master of one, drop me a note.  I'd love to hear from you!

Status: offline 		lately I have been liking to a play a kitty.  mostly online though.  when I chat on IRCBondage, my usual nic name is SwitchWitch, but I use the nic lynxie when I am feeling playful. Meow!!

I bet you can't guess what I am!

Actually, I'm more cat-like than bunny-like, so certain persons have dubbed me "cabbit." And I'm perfectly happy to live with that. So far I haven't experienced a lot of pet play, but I'm open to it. I'm very cuddly and snuggly and love being led around on a leash.

Status: offline 		i'm fascinated with that whole part of the lifestyle, the humility it's got to bring to the slave, the factor of the slave becoming humble from it, lots of mental aspects......at some point i'd love to try it but, know it's not for the here and now.....there's just way to much else going on around here.

Status: offline 		I'm a puppy girl for my Master. It's a lot of fun but I don't have a lot of experience and I'm always interested in hearing about others' experiences with pet play.
I know I've talked to him about it, but I can't recall how much experience Master has with petplay either. I'm extremely forgetful.. it's a good thing he's very forgiving.
I'll have to talk to him first to make sure it's ok, but I'd like to join this group you speak of. :)

Status: offline 		I have myself a pet, she is certainly a cat/kitten. Admittedly we do not go so far as actual animal roleplay, but she certainly shares a lot of characteristics with a cat. She even wants body mods to give herself cat ears and a tail, and I certainly think that would be a great thing on her. She also wants a furry outfit (read: not a zoot suit), although we're still working on that one, more important things to do currently

Status: offline 		There is LOTS of interest in puppy play in the gay world. Just look around and you'll find some groups. As long as you're sincere in your interests, most group will welcome you.

Status: offline 		Well, Fox is a fox kit. He is a very indoor snuggly, cuddle craving little lap pet. He isperfectly content to lay in my lap no matter what I am doing, from eatting to watching TV to typing online. He has even taken to (unconsciously) wagging his "tail" when he gets interested in something, and he turns into being scratched like a puppy or kitten would do.

Status: offline 		One of the most satisfying and enjoyable relations I have had was with a pet. she had the ability to bring Me out of the deepest funk just by being her. When I made 30 days without cigarettes, she did a happy dance for Me on cam that still brings a smile to My face to think of. she was pony, puppy, kitten, and girl, all wrapped into one wonderful little bundle of joy. But most of all, she was pet, and a blessing from God.

I wish all that happiness I felt with her.

Status: offline 		I have been organising real-world get togethers doing this kind of thing every year since 1993, doing demonstrations, workshops, etc.: mostly pony, but I play with puppies and kitties whenever I can - and I am open to offers from other species!

I recently set up a Yahoo! group moderated by myself and some of my ponygirls to bring together all the key UK and European players to coordinate events and share information; it has more than 1,000 Members so far, (many in the USA), see

Status: offline 		I'm definitely familiar with the popularity of puppy play in the gay community.  And while thats great, I had a hard time finding general 'animal roleplay' that was not gay specific or pony specific.  But I am glad there are resources, none the less.

Status: offline 		I'd love to do the whole puppy play thing with Mistress.  I'm very affectionate, but have yet to really explore it as a puppy.  I wonder if She would like a cute, well-trained, housebroken, and affectionate rubber puppy?  I definitely would have to find the butt plug/puppy tail combo, though.

Status: offline 		Anyone here who is/has a pet without the animal connotations? My partner is definitely my 'pet', but we aren't into puppy/pony/whatever play. For us, the term has more to do with the idea of him being loyal and obedient, and me in turn being protective and caring. Obviously, dynamics that can happen in any relationship, but that's our take on it.

Status: offline 		Although My pet and I often used the animal terms, I know what you are saying. she was many things all rolled into one for Me. Most of all though, she was My treasure. one for Me to look after and care for. someone to pamper and enjoy her obedience and loyalty. Someone I would kill or die to protect, and even to this date, even though we are not together, those feelings of protectiveness still stand. It is difficult to put this all into words, but I belive My thoughts are still clear on this.

viewfromthetop- i also consider myself to be an "undifferentiated human pet"... i don't identify with any particular animal (though our four felines are     somewhat contagious!), just the Owner/pet dynamic.

Status: offline 		Hello all. I've been interested in petplay for a long while, but have just recently found a Mistress that is into it as well. She is going to make me into her kitten. I've noticed though that it's quite difficult to find sites about petplay...other than petgirls.com. If anyone else has any other sites...especially sites that sell pet supplies..please let me know.
