It might well be some growth hormone in the lipstick. Pharma and Agri-biz are no slouches at using human guinea pigs. It the late 60's-early 70's, Agri-biz was experimenting with growth hormones for livestock. They ran their experiments in Puerto Rico - after all, what right to 3rd worlders have to complain when they're getting free food! Anyway - within 3 years, there was a dramatic increase of children under 10 reaching puberty ie: boys and girls growing breasts - girls starting their periods. They were sued and had to stop the experiments and ultimately, change their formulas.
