How can $300 a head be giving out when each head owes 30k national debt?

As anybody who has ever read Adam Smith could have told you - it's all "free ride" economics, they have everybody convinced that the economy can grow without public investment, through magic apparently.

It's an accurate analysis - by any standard of measure, they've run the strongest economy in the world straight into the dirt.
