False

TPBM texts on their cell phone more than they actually talk.

My god no, I wish the whole system would just crash and burn. Saying that, I do have a sparkly PDA... pity it runs windows :(

TPBM loves a piece of tech like a firstborn

I was told by my lecturer who has no medical qualification what so ever that gargling with a mouth wash such as plax is good. The other option is to use salty water but don’t drink either. Them Strepsils also work wonders.

The person beneath me was told that you should take off your coat before you get inside as this is what confuses your body and causes most colds. The more I think about it the more I feel them people I grew up with were liars.

sudden changes in termperature are not good for your body .. chills (fluctuating body temperature) are caused by this .. but not colds a living bug within the body

pbm has some wisdom that will get me through one more day of school with no voice, a nasty cough and little hearing .. before a weekend in bed with Mistress Lemsip and Master Vicks

Blame it on cancer. Eventually everything can be traced back to it anyhow.

An old family "cure" for a cold is a shot of warm whisky with honey. I'm not sure what medical value this is but if you medicate yourself enough you'll probably feel better.

The pbm has an old family cure for a cold that has not medical evidence to support it.

yep, swallow 2 teaspoons of pure aloe, straight from the plant and
mix Jamaican overproof  rum with Vicks vaporrub, light it with a match, when it goes out, rub the mixture on your chest and back and get under covers.

the pbm has not done their family tree
