In 1999 I cut my hair... nearly shaved my head, I did not cut my hair again until 2005, since then I have cut it twice, both times nearly shaving it... but now I am letting it grow again. So... Since it changes length every day, and I am not cutting it... hmmm.... Eventually it will be quite long again (It was long enough I could sit on it there for a while) but right now it is about 3 inches long.
