Oh, yes, Boris and Natasha were the Russian spys.  For a show that started in the last 50's the spy aspect was not very well hidden.

Only in that I know I could eat/live a tad healthier than I do, but I'm taking steps to correct that.

Yep, closer to ten most days . .... It takes some discipline, but it makes me feel significantly better, & has a serious synergy with exercise . .... . They feed into each other . . . .

TPBM needs a good play session . ..
