Oh, yes, Boris and Natasha were the Russian spys. For a show that started in the last 50's the spy aspect was not very well hidden. TPBM Often quotes lines from favorite TV shows or movies.

I honestly don't think I've ever had it, so I couldn't say TPBM eats at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day

Yep, closer to ten most days . .... It takes some discipline, but it makes me feel significantly better, & has a serious synergy with exercise . .... . They feed into each other . . . . TPBM needs a good play session . ..

Mmmmm, sure, good whole milk yogourt, plain, lots of frozen blueberries, some raspberries, strawberries, cherries, a smidge of blackberries, all frozen, & smoothied up in the blender . . .. . Adjust sweetness to your liking with whatever flips your wig back -- I'm a big hippie-snob eater & like organic dried cane juice . . . . . TPBM shares their favorite music artist . ..
