Yup- they do here in PA. I have already went shopping AFTER it started- when the store is empty- yes things are picked out- but no crowds. I have already been the only shopper in the store. Another trick- it when the mobs hit the store- find a convenient store. True things cost more but they at times have loss leaders- and there are times it is worth extra- $3 so I dont have to fight mobs of people.
