I don't know if anyone is aware of what happened to me last week but here is the link:
http://www.collarchat.com/m_1521753/tm.htm
He is back under a third user name in less than a tear.
Is there anything I can do as, in my opinion he is a man that will do this to any sub who rejects him and I do noy want this to happen to anyone else.
In my case I was lucky but his intentions are to out anyone who says no or to lose them their job.
Is this something that the administration are fully aware of?

I reported him and one of his journal entries that named me. But he has taken another user name.

Keep repeating, don't give up.
Also look for some one named Admin or Mod in the name list. They work for Collarme.

See the "why we don't have blacklists" thread.  All you can do is report something that names you.  That's it.

I do not have a job that it would matter if I was found out as being a member of this site. It wouldn't matter even when I go on to graduate school. People in my profession have colorful lives, I am just following along in that vein. If it mattered to me if I got caught and outed I would not post photos of myself on this site, I would be more cautious about whom I shared personal info with, and i would not post anything remotely personal on this message board.

Unfortunately, like in real life, what you tell people on the internet can come back to bite you. People should remember only to risk what they can afford to risk, and if they cannot afford to risk it they shouldn't have done so. I feel some sympathy, but at the same time I chalk up your situation as a lesson to those who cannot afford to be outed...tread carefully.

Slander is a civil matter, not a criminal one. You can sue him, but if what he says about you is true, you will not win. On the other hand, if he is blackmailing you for money or sex, that is a criminal matter.  If he has nothing to hurt you with, he will probably go away. But, if he is local to you, knows where you live, I would try to get him for stalking, because stalking is against the law, and people who are stalkers are dangerous.

Well at the risk of being seen as unsympathetic here, and from someone who works with internet safety teams-- I see a different approach--(I am still waiting for a response om the other thread to how he got your work email--gotta be careful what you share people---)

anyway, the response you are giving him here is what he is seeking--he's a wanker and he gets off by fear and intimidation---and you make it public so he gets his lolly jollies off---report him to the mods--

Here are a few sites that can give you guidance in what you can do--I suggest you do it. Stop making it public here as that is what he wants and tell him "two tears in a bucket M**f** it" and don't  let him control you.

Good luck and be strong.

Edited because I read your profile and you have a Dom, why not let Him take up the fight for you---

Id also suggest nipping his oppertunity in the bud. Before he can, go to your director or boss and tell them that there is someone online who is harrassing you and making p lies about you to try and ruin your life. Tell them that you are concerned there wil be a few sent to your workplace in order to cause trouble, and that the one you have heard last is something about your involvement in BDSM and anything else he may have threatened to tell people about. Your employers do not need to know if there is any truth behind this. Simply let them know that you already know this guy might send, so if and when it arrives, instead of the shock factor, they will look at it and think "Yep, just like she said." The only power this guy has is that you are afraid of him outting you. So, beat him to the punch. Warn your employer about the lies he is spreading and then he is powerless.  You cant hurt someone by outting them when you arent going to be believed anyway.

My 2 cents

Prinsexx, I think you are very lucky to have an employer that was so understanding.  I know who the guy is that outed you and im still amazed that he did that.  Sending an email to your boss because you wouldn't meet him is just completely out of order - I would have thought that a man in his position would have more sense.  He also comes across as very genuine, pleasant to speak to and trustworthy, so I can understand why you maybe weren't as defensive as some people think you should have been, afterall he is very generous with information about himself!

I also understand you being concerned about his reappearance on here and think that its admirable that you are trying to find a way of stopping it happening to anyone else.... I hope the admin on this site can do something about him before he tries to ruin someone elses life.

Go to the police because sending malicious communications is a criminal offense in the UK.

If he is from another country his not in a strong position to follow up on his blackmail.

I don't tell people where I work, what I do for a living, where I live, or what my full name is until I actually meet them in person.  Even when I meet them in person, I won't give out that info unless they reciprocate.  If they decided to try that shit after we meet, well two can play that game.

You should never give out info like that on the phone or internet; it's none of their damn business.  The only phone number I give out is my cell number.  It would be extremely difficult to trace me with it.  If someone is really worried, you can pick up a pre-paid cell phone for less than $50.  You can't trace one of those.  Better safe than sorry, as the old saying goes.

I am sorry that this happened to you.  You just have to exercise more caution in the future.  If you know enough about this guy, you can file harrassment charges against him.  Unfortunately, that isn't a serious crime in most places.

just the fact that some one knows that you know who they are and how to turn the tables on them legally for stalking and harrassment and they continue to do it anyway shows mental instability on their part.

You can have emails and ips and address and employer on them and they still go on and make ids...... this is abuse it is not anything consentual...........

write cm support , they give great advice on how to handle and also block on personal email and instant message and write to support at your personal email server as well. make the compaints, the more that know the better

I recently had to out myself to my employer , i flat out stated to my boss, hey look , this is what you might get by email or in a package, then i went to the police to have this person stopped and i took every bit of evidence i have

and now i have stalking paperwork ready and IF they still keep on, once served , it then becomes a felony,

and with most of the stuff done over the net in the states it because a federal offense and the feds can serve anywhere once it becomes a cyber crime

should the fool decide to attempt to 'out me' with my employer, because they do not think i would do it myself,
then i shall sue for intentional infliction of emotional distress

Some people unfortunately think if woman were victimized in their past that they will allow this victimization to occur again or even be blackmailed into staying/complying,'

well i got one word for the stalkers that think this way

NOT!!!!

good luck with it

It seems you have his phone number.  If you feel he's blackmailing you and/or threatening you, it's time to call the police.

They do not work for Collarme.  They VOLUNTEER for Collarme.  The only thing the site can do is take care of TOS violations, in which case she should  contact Support, which I think in her previous thread she said she did. I don't know if they can do something or not, I do know if there is no TOS violation, there is no TOS violation.

OK, so I stayed clear of the original post like the plague!  The thought of this happening to anyone down right scares the shit out of me... I will take the OP's misfortune and learn from it.  I do wish you the best OP!

Everyone gave you excellent advice on your original thread and now you are back asking the same question.

You know his last name
You know he owns a hotel
You know he is unstable.
You have saved all of the emails.
You know he reads your threads.

Here is my advise.

Call the police, turn him in
Stop posting about it here and giving him the satisfaction of knowing he is scaring you.
Get a new screen name
STOP giving out personal information to those you hardly know.

All of this was said to you on the first thread.

TAKE CONTROL of your own life. Take responsibility for NOT doing anything that could help you (ie: Getting a new ID)

Good luck.

I wonder why some people think this way? Perhaps because for some people they DO allow it to happen again and again instead of doing things to protect themselves to begin with? I just don't have much sympathy for people who allow themselves to be caught by the same worm over and over again without learning from it. Don't flame me for being insensitive. I was sensitive to this problem until this new thread came up and the same question was asked "What should I do?".

I had a blackmailer once but I told them the black paper makes the black ink hard to read. So they started writing in white ink which solved the problem.
