Nosathro -> Justice is not so blind when it comes to their wallets (1/14/2008 9:37:49 AM)

The California State Supreme Court recently denied an appeal in a workman compsenation case.  The man had worked at the Lockheed Martin's Skunk Work.  This is the place where many top secret projects go on.  Many Work Safety and Health Adovacte as well as past employees have complained that since they are sworn to secercy under pental of law, employees are exposed to many dangerous chemicals and such without their knowledge.  In fact  safety inspection that are normal for similar work sites are not conducted.  Past employees of the Skunk Works have died from strange cancer and other illness.  They can not be treated for to tell the doctor would violate the secercy law.  It is to note the Lockheed Martian saves itself millions of dollars in claims.

Anyone one former worker has gone ahead.  However the judge in the case ruled that his expert did not have enough expertise to testify.  In an attempt to overturn this he appealed to the State Supreme Court which upheld the ruling of the lower court.  It is also noted that 4 of 5 State Supreme Court Judges have heavy financial interest in Lockheed Martin.

I don't think it's a big secret to most people that the higher up the food chain you are, the better you are served by justice.
