Hello everyone, I'm new to the forums, but not new to CM. I have come to really love this site and have met some really nice people here for the most part. I've checked the forums from time to time, and the input here is very educational, informative, and credible. So after this long while, I've decided to come onto the forums myself and add my voice into the mix. I only hope to contribute as soundly as some of the postings I've seen here prior to this point. I wish to promote this lifestyle, hopefully to make it better not only from within, but add to it's validation in the vanilla world. It was considered just over 4-decades ago in the psychological realm, that BDSM was a mental illness filled with irrational and decadent behavior brought on by something the "Norm" felt compelled to treat with the likes of SHOCK TREATMENT as a form for a cure. I feel as we all should that we've certainly come more than a long way (and for the group of you that got a tingley rush at the reading of "shock treatment" shame on you; just can't help from smiling can't you...you devious lot! Oh no...I'm smiling too...dang!) to say the least. I have had some experiences that I hope to share along with my seemingly endless trival-trained mind, wishing to care, share, and entertain as well as enlighten others. Yes a lofty endevour, but one I hope to stick with. I've been in the Garden State for many years, and I'm originally from the Sunshine State. Yes I'm insane for moving up here some may think, and there is something inside me saying that one day I'm heading back down to live there (no not just retire), but I'm enjoying myself up here at the moment (thanks to global warming and all). So anyway, I'm 47, a Dominant for a good portion of my life, grew up observing others more than interacting (yes an introvert, not a voyure), musician, well-read, sci-fi junkie, and of course played D&AD (DM naturally!). So feel free to contact me on whatever you like and I have started posting journal entries as well for amusement and such. Hope to hear from y'all soon! (Virtual bow inserted here)
