To throw another spanner into this discussion have you considered that your mistress's husband's subbie might not be manogamous to him. Kinda makes for a bigger circle.
As to whether the four of you playing together is more poly, it would depend whether what the play involves.

From what I'm gathering from the OP, if I really had to label you, I'd say you were a monogomous member of a poly family. If you are continuing the thought with this:

Playing with the husband in a hetro sense, which I'm sure would be wonderful for your Mistress, still keeps you the same. A monogomous member of a poly family. Playing with your sister sub would seem to lead Me to think you would then also be poly.
