Some may be small, but not all -- in fact, a lot of the feminized men I have played with have had pretty large packages. And most of the ones I have played with don't want sex changes. As for the OP, I'm sure there are some who would be interested in castration of their feminized men, but not me. i think of myself as one where, if i really trusted an Owner...and it would need to be an Owner....where this wouldn't be a limit...the thought of losing one's manhood (funny now my name got worked in here, isn't it?) for one who wanted it for their own reasons...it would give it meaning...though generally, i think more of losing the other danglies, if this is what an Owner i trusted wanted...and i felt it was part of a long term relationship....it would not be a limit....would i regret it later...who knows...maybe...but if owned...the Owner owns all.

No I would not personally remove it no matter how useless it became. However, if your question is referring to SRS, I would consider the proposal for transitioning - The penis is transformed :) - cut open not off
