Status: offline 		Yes. Capnspankins and I write down our experiences at some point after our sessions. Usually after a session, we hug and kiss and cuddle and talk about what we liked and what we want to try again.

We definitely experience things differently, and are surprised to find out what turned the other person on and why. For instance, if you go to our blog www.kinkycrafts.info you will find two very different accounts of a punishment I received. Sir made stocks and...well, go to our blog. Read Master's account, and then read mine- VERY different. The other day, we were discussing the punishment, because it was really intense, and I even still have a few bruises from it. Sir asked me if I enjoyed the punishment and I said no and that it definitely made me want to obey and pay attention to the rules because I aim to please, not disappoint. Turns out Sir was REALLY turned on by it. He liked caning me so hard I was in tears and couldn't hold my position. Now, looking back on the punishment, I'm turned on by it, because knowing that Sir likes seeing me lose my composure makes me all hot and bothered. Now I think I'll be able to enjoy the stocks or a hard caning because I'll know it's bringing Sir pleasure. Now he's going to have to think up a more sadistic punishment for when I screw up!

Status: offline 		I keep long, detailed, extensive logs of what I do. I write out things in minute detail.

Since I've never had 24/7 live in situations, I'll basically chronicle the entire time together, even the non-bdsm stuff. I find it an enjoyable pastime and something novel to look back on years later.

When I was first talking to babe, I mentioned that I'd written down everything I'd done with my last long term girl and offered to share it with her so she had an idea of where I'm coming from and what I like to do. It took her a few days to get through it all (I'd written out 26,000 words over about 9 months of get togethers). I also took the time to go back and read them myself, starting after I'd passed it along.

I had this grand notion that I had written flowing prose and detailed descriptions of all the depraved debauchery. It turned out that my most popular topics appeared to be:

1) ranting about our chess games (she tended to win)
2) gushing about how proud of her I was
(in that order)

I actually sent a sheepish follow-up email saying that I hadn't realized that I was gushing like a schoolgirl in what I wrote. She later replied and said that she just hoped that some day I'd want to gush that much about her. And I do and I have. awwwwww.

Sure have, both soon after and after some time of reflection. It's interesting to see the difference from a little distance, and it has been helpful in preventing future distress / worry in similar circumstances.

Status: offline 		I am much more likely to want to talk about a scene afterward. Depending on the way things feel afterward I may say nothing at all about it, or I may begin talking about it immediately, or I may wait until subspace has faded away somewhat.

Every time is different but I want very much to know what is going on inside my slave's mind. This is partially for my own learning process, partially for her, and sometimes just because I enjoy making her reveal inner secrets to me, especially at those times.

Of course this can not be written in stone. All of the relationships that I have had have felt markedly different from one another, and I tend to go by what I feel on a moment-by-moment basis.

I have seldom kept a log for myself, although I am not opposed to the idea of a slave of mine keeping one. I tend to order that fantasies be written in the form of a story and presented to me, although that is not really germane to this discussion.

I frequently blog about our time together, but it's 'for my eyes only'.  And it's fun to go back and read old entries especially when I'm missing him desperately.

(No...I'm usually shaking for about a week after, so holding a pen is somewhat dangerous for both me...and the people near me, as well as anyone with flammable liquids in a reasonable proximity).

Status: offline 		When I use to been own by *****, he made me write in my journal about our scenes… There were times that I never wrote what I truly felt about the scene for two reasons…
 

Because he also required that I send him the journals…
Sometimes the scenes just sucked and if he read that, it would hurt his feelings and I would never hear the end of it for at least two weeks…
 
Yes I know it wasn’t the most honest thing to do, but hey I had to weigh my opinions…
