Sorry for the possibly confusing subject title there, but when wading into unfamiliar waters I find it helpful to throw up a familiar flag and see if anyone notices. The flag of choice for today being the film Labyrinth as it's a favorite of mine and I'm gambling that one or two people out there might be fond of it as well. But down to business...

Hi! My name's Amy, I'm a 24 year old freelance illustrator, part-time gamer and full-time geek. I popped up here on Collarme in 2006 under the name of shyXscifi but discontinued my profile after moving in with my new owners, Akuda and Dagirl. At the time the profile did less to help and more to hinder as I thought I'd be considered horrifically rude if I didn't respond to EVERY piece of mail I got, and at the time I was getting plenty. Something about a new-to-the-scene young submissive girl seemed to be blood in the water around here. These days I'm slightly more experienced, or at least enough to understand that I don't need to stress myself out over a mailbox full of requests for some webcam time.

I should mention that it's because of Collarme that I'm so much happier these days. I'd mentioned in my journal here that I'd be attending a local munch, and sure enough Sire and Tara showed up there. Six months later I moved in and there I've stayed. I'm currently looking forward to the Flea in Providence as well as getting excited far too soon for another stay at Camp Crucible. I've learned a lot about myself but I've still got plenty more to find out.

I'm always looking for more friends so please feel free to drop me a message if you'd care to chit-chat or what not.

-Amy

Good quote in the subject line, but I prefer
"Give me the child. Through dangers untold and hardships unnumbered, I have fought my way here to the castle beyond the Goblin City to take back the child that you have stolen. For my will is as strong as yours, and my kingdom is as great. You have no power over me"

Though, I suppose that wouldn't have made as much sense.

I hope you enjoy your time here.
