I think the obvious solution is to set up the next GB with partners who don't have problems with premature ejaculation. Asking the guys to jack off first will only create MORE performance anxiety, both from "putting on a show" with others in the room, and then the pressure of getting it up again... No, you need to find people who have been in this sort of scene before and who aren't "weirded out" by being in a semi-public setting. Then again, your first set of playmates have now been "baptized" into playing together... so with repetition, the nervousness should subside.
