Congratulations to the Washington Redskins!
 
It has been a HELL of a year, even if you are not a Skins fan you know it.
To make it this far, after the death of Sean Taylor, is just phenomenal!

AMEN! I live in Atlanta, but was raised on the Redskins! I often say that Darrell Green is one of my "heroes" - 20 years with the same team, fastest man in the NFL 5 times, 3 Superbowl Rings, and NEVER held out for more money. That is INTEGRITY and more class than most of these players could dream of having! Go SKINS!

I love Darrell Green, he is from the generation of player that stayed with
THE TEAM, no matter what.
 
Most players these days, lack that class, dedication or the concept of "sticking
with a team"!

I love Darrell Green.....and boy are you on the money about him. It's rare that the NFL produces an athlete of the caliber /longivity that Darrell Green showed us on Sundays for twenty years.

Deion is/was more talented and wish he woulda lasted twenty years.

It was an impressive rally since 5-7, but even I can't congratulate the Redskins.

The best I can say is that they earned it, and deserve the shot.  Hopefully Dallas has it's shit sorted out in two weeks, or we may well lose to Washington in two straight games.  [>:]

I hope all the Redskin fans thank Dallas for letting them into the playoffs.....
 
And I also agree about Darrell Green. Superb talent combined with class, and the heart of a lion.

its nice to see folks who dont live in hte area giving props to them.
darrel green was/is a wonderful human being, and wasnt a bad ball player either ;)
he was surrrounded in those days by men who were cut from the same cloth. of course that was the days of jack kent cooke ownership. and back then,it meant something to players to be a redskin..sadly, with the new owner, its all about the benjamins :(
i for one hope that it will change for the better
