I was out looking for more porn to add to my collection when I realised I don't have any spanking vids. Doing a google search I came up with lots of sites dedicated to women spanking men, but very few with men spanking women. The best alternative I could find were sites that did have some limited vids with men spanking women, but most were women spanking women. I guess it depends on what you mean by "spanking." Most of the sites I know show a lot more than just spanking. Hogtied.com, as YourhandMyAss mentioned, is good but sexandsubmission is probably more explicit. There's also whippedass.com. You can find all kinds of free BDSM pics and vids at citizencane.org. It's a mixed bag.

I have no problem with pay sites. In the last few months I have gotten some rape fantasy site, S&S, MiP, ToO, and wiredpussy.. which I hated because it was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much female female action. Yuck. I did check out the pics on Hogtied, but they don't show much spanking either. The one thing I noticed about the sites was that there was very little spanking involved, except between women. I didn't find that exciting at all. I don't mind paying. That is why I make money, I don't plan on taking it with me. So paid for or not, I am still seeking a Male spanking Female site to join for a month or so. If anyone has some suggestions please pass it on to me. It is the only thing my collection lacks. Whipped ass has females spanking females. I find that too annoying to consider. I tried looking up your hand my ass, but it won't come up for me. Hogtied doesn't show any jpgs of spanking that I noticed but I may check that out again if it isnt overrun with F/F. I will check out citizen cane.
