Come now. She had the ethics of a slug? She was a stary eyes intern? She bares no responsibility for being a slug.

She surely does, as does Clinton.

She was not the married one or the one in a position of power. He abused her adoration of him.

I have no doubt Clinton is a manipulative person, but she could have said no.

She wasn't married, but the guy she fucked around with, Clinton? He was, and she knew that.

She was 23 and he was the president! Come on now. Hows a sub to resist that kind of power?????
She was distraught and in love crying to that mean Bitch(forgot her name at the moment).

You were all put together and unimpressionable at 23?

I'm glad she made money from it

Who says she's a submissive?? [:D]

Fucking around is fucking around. I knew that at 23, and so does anyone with any sense.

I'm not going to argue with you as you know all and never made mistakes or had a lack of judgement. By the way, I slept with married men at 23 but would never do it by 29. I guess i had no sense, so I must be a slug too?

No, I don't "know all". What I don't know dwarfs what I do know. But, I generally know right from wrong, and I do know that when the heart is involved, it can make the lines between right and wrong blur.

I'm not here to call you names, or attempt to make you feel badly (or good, for that matter) about yourself. You have the right to think how you wish about the subject, of course.

Be well.

Could anyone imagine if the "moral high-grounders" and "ethical hypocrites" ,had been able to stop Charlie Wilson and his efforts to help the Afghans?

There were many times that this extremely affective(but flawed)man ,almost got whacked for taking cocaine, fucking around and partying hard.

These holier than thou pin-heads,are a real burden on our freedoms, and a real buzz-kill to boot.

<coughs,says "get a life"under breath,coughs again>

Charlie was indeed "effective"; as my congressman, I saw that first hand. He also liked to party; he has an affinity for blondes. I know a couple of them that he was close to. [:D]

None of that excuses fucking someone else's spouse. If that's a "buzz kill", tough shit.

Headlines:

Afghans suffer 15 more years of genocide because moral high grounders skewer Charlie Wilson`s efforts to help them. When asked about the fall out of their selfish and petty moral crusade against the Savior of Afghanistan, the high grounders say"tough shit."

We are soooo fucked....

I'm glad you aren't lumping me in with those shadowy "moral high grounders".

Those are men that admire that he had the balls to get laid in the white house with a cigar!

Does anyone else think it's odd that Hilary distanced herself from him and then began campaigning with him?

And now they're beginning to distance themselves from  him again.... and it isn't because he ate too many devilled eggs.

I like Clinton (and Charlie), despite they're habit of dropping trouser at inopportune times. You can support one aspect of a person, and reject another.

MissSCD -> RE: Clinton,7 years out,in statistical tie for Most Admired Man (12/26/2007 8:33:45 PM)

I adore Bill Clinton.  Always have felt that way. Yes, he slept with that woman. Yes, he lied to us, but I made more money that I ever did with him in the White House than any Bush.

Yes,   I think he is a submissive, and I hope Hillary puts him in chasity for the White House if she gets it.

Regards, MissSCD

I don't actually care who Bill sleeps with personally.  I don't like either of the Clintons because of their history of dishonesty.  I just find it odd how she keeps aligning and then distancing herself.  It's much like the firing of campaign staff members and claiming no knowlege...yeah right.  Then again she had similar scrapes as an attorney where she blamed it on support staff.  The bottom line is always the person behind them and the obligation to supervise them never ends and the blame is not shiftable.
