Spiritual growth; is very necassary. Some people mistakenly feel that Spirituality is a beleif in God. God is not a requirement for Spiritual Growth.

Doing right, learning acceptance, compassion, dealing with problems in a healthy way, physical fitness, healthy eating habbits, and even God can be a part of BDSM.

The D/s relationship is a mutually sharing, mutually growing, caring (and often loving) life. Just because you spank (or whatever your kink is), does not mean your doing something bad. Your not harming anyone. Therefor; I can continue to grow spiritually and feel ok in my life as a Dom with a loving relationship with my masochistic submissive.

i very much agree. Spiritual growth are one of the most necessary parts of human development and nature. And no Spirituality do not have to mean a belief in a God. But perhaps Spiritual growth begin whit defining for one self what Spirituality is.
