I know from personal experience that kinky women under 30 do exist, for I was one until this year. (and yes, I turned 30. I did not transition genders)
However, my experience also tells me that these women rarely proposition older males. As in the spam that reads, "Hi! I'm Kirsten and I want to do you!", it's usually an ad of some kind.
Could be the OP is talking about getting messaged in the chatrooms by the kind of young lady he is looking for, only to find that it's just an ad for a porn website.
Or, as others suggested, he's chatting up young women and finding that they are not interested in him.
