Saw him in a small club in the mid-70's when he had the burned out hippie look & he was great. Saw him in the late 80's in a larger venue when he had the surfer-dude look & he was great. "Souvineers" is one of my desert island discs. Thanks for everything Dan, rest in peace.

Twin Sons of different Mothers is one of my favorites.......I loved "Since You've Asked" off of it. He was a great writer and singer......damn....what a bummer!

what a sweet, soothing voice he had. and he sang from the heart. one of the best concerts i've been to. sad to hear of his passing.
