FangsNfeet -> If Gay Wedding Planners went on strike? (12/14/2007 9:03:09 PM)

I wonder if a strike of homosexuals, who plan or play parts in weddings, would help pass a bill that allows Gay Marriage.

Ummm....  I'm going to say "pass" to this question because I don't quite know how to answer it.  However, if this is anything like the SAT's, my skipping a question won't count against me.  ~ wink ~

San Francisco and New York would close down

EvilGenie -> RE: If Gay Wedding Planners went on strike? (12/15/2007 8:09:12 AM)

No it probably wouldn't help to pass a bill but a lot of weddings and parties would be a messy and dreadful flop!

beargonewild -> RE: If Gay Wedding Planners went on strike? (12/15/2007 8:11:13 AM)

And don't forget, no new latest in fashion, everyone would have very bad hair styles and nobody would have tasefully decorated homes!

slaverosebeauty -> RE: If Gay Wedding Planners went on strike? (12/15/2007 9:17:05 AM)

When I got married if that had happened nothing would have changed, things would have went just as they did, things STILL would have ended up in divorce a few years later.

Now if WOMEN went on strike, that would be interesting {giggles}

Raechard -> RE: If Gay Wedding Planners went on strike? (12/15/2007 12:38:54 PM)

The only thing you need to plan in a wedding these days is who gets the cat when you divorce.

Aye, I'm a romantic me[8|]

Headline on Rolling Stone this month, the year in review 2007

"Hot Republican Gay Sex"

Now that the Republicans are being voted out of office or retiring, and having proven for 6 years that they lack a sense of ethics or moral stature, I imagine they will go off and be scabs during the strike.

Sinergy

p.s.  FYI: being gay does not indicate a lack of moral stature, being a gay politician or preacher pontificating against gay sex or child abuse, while paying gay prostitutes and hitting on underage page boys, does indicate a lack of a personal sense of ethics.

a buddy of mine explained to me how he makes money in real estate. he says all you have to do is make a house pretty- to the lady- if so- you have a sale. the man has very little to do wiht it. But if a woman falls in love with a house- it is a sale.
