So my Wife/Mistress and I did a great scene a few days ago where whe had me jump out of our hot tub and (in 0 degree weather) stick my cock and balls to a piece of metal patio furniture.  It was quite wild, and after a few seconds, I was genuinely stuck.  After She regained Her composure, She then got a pitcher of water from the hot tub and poured it on my cock and balls and they were released without to much effort.

Now the interesting side effect is that a few days later, I have some very significant marks on my cock and balls.  I'm assuming they are some form of frostbite.  They look like they could be permanent, and my Wife/Mistress is actually kind of enjoying the idea that it might be permanent.

So my question is, are there other means (in the context of CBT) to apply permanent scar's or marks?  I don't know if I'm quite up for the intensity of something like actual branding, but was hoping for maybe some slightly more tame methods that would still result in something permanent.  We've considered tattoo's to a certain degree, but the idea of having the mark as a result of some type of deliberate play/scene is very appealing.

If she has interest in learning it, scalpeling can be used to alter in anything from very minor to very extreme ways anywhere on the body.

Controlled burning/branding or applying more frostbite can leave marks.

Applying strong hair bleach can cause scarring and allows patterns to be made.

Those are a couple of things off the top of my head...

There's the japanese technique called "pearling" wherein small (sterilized) pearls are pushed under the skin via an incision, and then allowed to heal. So your penis will, with several applications begin to look a bit like a bumpy sex toy. (Yakuza members used to do this as a rite of passage, and they could always use a knife to re-open the wound to retrieve the pearl, if they were on the run and needed money.)

The "frostbite" unless it was exceptionally deep, will fade over time. If it's not turning black and starting to decompose, chances are it wasn't. :)

I've seen pictures of the pearling technique, but that's probably more than we are looking for.  Ideally, we'd like to find something that could cause some kind of permanent mark on my cock/balls, but not necessarily to the level of full branding etc. 

I don't know much about frostbite so I appreciate the advice.  No nothing turned black, just very red and pissed off... Now the skin is getting kind of a rough texture to it...

We've done some cutting in the past, but not for scarification.  Anything specific to do to ensure that what is cut scars well?

I've not heard of using the strong hair bleach.  Have you actually used that to create patterns?  I would think the pain would be unbearable.

With cutting, skin-peeling or cutting deeper in a V style will make for lasting marks.  Aftercare has much to do with it, too.  Applying ammonia (or urine, considering the area) regularly, avoiding moisturizing, picking at the scabbing, etc will make it scar better... you basically, within avoiding infection parameters, treat it the opposite as you would when you're trying to minimize scarring.  Cut it so that it has difficulty healing and then annoy it while it is! 

Best to learn the cutting itself from another in-person if possible, of course, but if that's not an option just wade in carefully and see how your body reacts and scars to different methods.

As to the hair bleach, I've not on the genitals.  I've played around some and on purpose and accidentally done so on myself in places.  I've not managed anything that lasts years and years, but have easily managed marks that last a good year or two.  40 vol with a quality powder bleach mixed strong will do it.  It stings quite a bit on other parts, so I assume on the genitals it would be intensely painful.

I have no personal experience, but I have heard that shallow cutting with a scalpel, then rubbing into the wound some sterilized silica sand would make a very pretty scar.
