This sounds more like a "rescue fantasy" than a fetish. There is a long history of rescue fantasies and there are many different variations, including, "Prince Charming in a Porsche to the Rescue of the Poor, Sweet, Prostitute (Julia Roberts)", in the movie, Pretty Woman.
It's a nice rescue fantasy you have but, i wouldn't call it a fetish, unless your fixation on this particular scenario is so strong that it must be fulfilled in order to achieve sexual gratification.
Lots of women have rescue fantasies, too. So, i would think that finding someone who would like to play the part of the resucee for you shouldn't be too difficult.
