Please let me add to your thoughts. Before childbirth the body produces hormones which make the muscles relax more than normal and so allow that baby's head to come out. After childbirth, those hormones are gone and the muscles return to normal. So, it would seem logical to me that even though a baby's head came out, it does not necessarily mean that the same sized object can get back in.

The woman's pelvic bones also turn out when she is preggers. These do not return to their pre-pregger state.

sorry but from what information i have read on this subject it is an impossibility to have your arm up your a**
I guess you shouldn't believe everything you read. You're not going to get to the elbow, but self-fisting is far from impossible.
I am just tossing around the old gourd here, and thinking that it could be construed that self-fisting does not in and of itself define a viable relationship.
Other than that, yeah..........will and way, get 'er done if you've the mind to.
No, but neither is going to the bathroom. I think what you need to ask is "how can it be made as safe as possible" and "what are the risks?" For that I recommend three books.
Thank you for those books. :) I am very interested in fisting but have yet to try it; I'll go learn a little about it so when the chance comes, I'll be able to take it.
