It remains to be seen, whether or not it's a good idea for me to look for a soulmate on this site...but now that I'm here, I'll take the plunge and say hello.
I wouldn't describe myself as normal by any means, but in public I daresay I dress quite conservatively and can blend in with the crowd if I have to.
Vital stats...I'm a single white female, 42, never married, no kids (don't want any). Tallish and voluptuous, but actually pretty fit and strong.
Fiscally conservative/socially liberal...in other words, a Libertarian. Non-religious but spiritual.
Although I love modern conveniences like this Internet thingy, I often feel as though I was born in the wrong time. I feel perfectly content at Renaissance festivals and historic re-enactments, or wearing vintage at at swing dance.
I tend toward the artsy and creative end of the spectrum, but I also love science and science fiction.
Having a profile on this site is incredibly ironic. When it came to categorizing myself, I was disappointed there was no label for "non-practicing." There is almost an assumption that anyone on a sex-oriented site like this is gettin' it...and gettin' it a LOT. But in my case, I don't like sex outside of relationships, and since it has been forever since I've been in a relationship....ahem. Non-practicing.
