It's kind of interesting.  While I may not care much about what the KKK thinks for the sake of its opinion, and I would've been perfectly content hearing about it going off, and while this sort of news sounds sort of stupid (as in, it sounds stupid to be in the KKK and be against racism).. this actually seems kinda neat.

I mean, if the KKK died off, then it may go down forever as a testiment to the atrocities between races in history.  But if it, before dying off, comes back for long enough to repent and fight against the spirit of past atrocities?  Actually sounds pretty neat.

Status: offline 		Randy Weaver is a white seperatist.  He split with the Aryan Nations shortly before the Ruby Ridge incident.  The Kehoe brothers were white seperatists too.  A lot of the are followers of the Christian Identity movement, which is a offshoot of British-Israelism.  They actually believe that whites are the chosen people spoken about in the Bible, and that Jews are the offspring of Cain.  They believe that Cain was the offspring of Eve and the serpent in the garden (Satan).  If you want to hear some of what they believe; listen to that Pastor Arnold Murray guy with the Shepard's Chapel.  He broadcasts out of Arkansas all over the world on satellite and shortwave.  He seems like a legitimate preacher, but if you listen to his sermons real closely you can pick up on a lot of it.  Both white seperatists and white supremacists are loony tunes.  The seperatists tend to be more organized, and as a result more dangerous.

Well take our government.
Its a supposed Democracy, but their are the Republicans, and Democrats.

Does either group really represent the whole of our nation?
Or does one group just make that claim, and run with it at the expense of every one else.

A non racist clan makes sense in only that the clan supposable exists to give southerners an anarchic voice to support its beliefs.

But to be honest since i,m sure their were southerners even back then helping in the under ground railroad, that there are a hundred thousand southerners like minded against slavery, and segregation.

So I guess to its point the clan is now becoming what it was meant to be.
Instead of like when the republicans take over, controlled by people who are one sided, and destructive to anything but their own views.

Status: offline 		The idea of white separatists still reminds me of South Africa prior to 1991...because there people were also saying that there were "homelands" for whites and "homelands" for Africans, except in the end the white areas were better off, and more education available. No society should live separated from the other it creates unnecessary distinctions and separations and creates more distinct societies pushing in different directions.

I don't agree with racism, but in all honesty some times I feel that people still have their needs to meet, but only with in means..reason.

Just emotionally if you force conflict, conflict will come.
And just like their are bad points to keeping whites, and blacks segregated.
Past making sure they don't go and cause something in the first place, their violence rates actually go down.

I mean imagine forcing Jewish and Islamic communities to mingle..
what you got to realize is the ones who do it on their own free will don't have issues, but toss in a few nutters, and what would you expect..ecceptance?...

truth is in urban situations locals kill more frequent and for even more absurd reasons, but distant groups are usually upheld to the laws easier..
Now a days most Klan members will get arrested no questions asked if they involve in a hate crime souly because its pretty Obvious the idiot with a swastika on his head coming into a Jewish community probably did it.
Worse off their dumb enough to actually list themselves.
And as for their smaller number locally in a hive group, are easier to weed out.

Give me a police force to ensure border raiding doesn't happen, and wounder how much of it go's away.

All i,m saying..

Still I,m just ecstatic that people took their own views into consideration, and retro'd the singularity in this situation to their own cause.

I mean separatists are bad, but were all responsible at some point for what we thought was a good reason.
Christians and the holly war, and yes that involved fighting even other Christians based on different views.

I,m sure every race has a story.
And back then it probably seemed like a good idea.
  I just feel perhaps it has its purpose.

But also it's failings of course.

Status: offline 		In these groups they brandish their face, wear their marks, and show less fear, but in this they also keep a distance, and can no longer hide in the households, and dwellings of normal civilians.

Less they build an army I say let them segregate as long as they are kept from killing any one, or no longer view the reason necessary like with the non racist KKK.

We both know you like the dark chocolate just as much as I like the white chocolate. Separation would never work. Because Ill be DAMNED if someone is going to take away my opportunity to make oreo's and eat all the cream filling I want. *shakes fist*

Status: offline 		so.....we dont believe in hating or degrading you, but we believe that we are better than you? in a sick way, that actually makes sense....just because we believe that we were here first and that we are better than you doesnt mean that we dont also value you as a lower caste of our society. its not really a great way to look at life, but its not a new concept. kings and nobles of the past thought they were better than the peasant class but even they understood and valued, in their own way, the value that they did for them.

im not saying its a GOOD thing, but it is a good step in the general right direction. they are still white supremists, but they are not commiting crimes or rallying against other races. in a way, its like being passive aggresive. you dont actively do anything to hurt those people that you dislike, but you still treat them and acknowledge them only as subhuman and bellow yourself. actually, that probably is a better, more effective way to hurt people, since they are not saying things or acting against you in a way that you can fight against or speak about...all theyre doing is saying they think theyre better than you and treating you as if you are nothing...how is that much different than a spoiled bully girl in a highschool?

not a good thing, but effective....i applaude you, KKK members of alabama...you have taken making people feel like shit on a national scale an art form...

Status: offline 		Wow it appears the KKK is just engaging in PR.  It's a change in form without any real distinction.  Racism, elitism, separatism...call it whatever you want..to say it's 'without hate' are just meaningless words.

If you can't beat'em, you join and change them from the inside out. With enough nor racist people joining, the KKK could become a positive group. Doing a 180 is good for PR. As much as we see good things go bad, it's nice to have something bad become good. In another two to three generations, the KKK might rank up with Masons and KoC. Don't say it's impossible. One day, we'll see the KKK and Black Panthers out on picnics together. They'll be playing sports, paint ball, and do charity work together. I believe it can and will happen. Then again, I still think the Dolphins can get a Wild Card and make it to the Super Bowl.
