I have noticed the offers of service and willingness to relocate, especially from those slaves in the colder regions of the country to those of us who live in the warm and resort areas, increase with the onset of fall and winter.  Strangely enough, those same 'devoted' slaves seem to get homesick with the onset of spring and summer.  Geee go figure!

Yeah I am surprised I havent had any offers from Russia yet. LOL

But the cute lil Swedish boys love me. *smiles* I am starting to wonder if my ad is up on a billboard over there.  I am also begining to wonder if they are all that cute over there too... Good gods the gene pool.  But I digress.

Being that I am in Florida every Fall/Winter I get a lot of offers of subs to move to me and serve me. Hardly a blip in the summer. Makes me ponder why ya know?

I have tried to take in a live in sub. He lived in my state, about a 2 hour drive. He flaked on me. I really liked him, and he just stopped calling or anything. When I called him, nothing.

I recently relocated to be near my love, and the man I wanted to have as a slave. He is married, and the wife is less then open and understanding. So we are just at a friendship. I have a seperate house of course.. and made the big move just on the off chance to get to see him when ever we could manage. ( plus the job market and housing market is muuuuch better up here and I have lived here before ~ so I wanted to move here )

I think before a move it is important be it a D or an s to have your things in order. Your finances, where you will live, ( together or in a seperate place in town) job, and school if nessasary. I had a job, and a house before my move was ever confirmed in stone. The job sucked, and I quit on day 2... but that is another story. LOL

In a live in situation I would excpect both parties to contribute to the house. ( unless they were a house wife full time for the D. )

I agree completely, it can be very difficult to trust someone with your children, and feckless risks should not be taken, however we cannot wrap them completely in cotton wool forever.  We need to look after them and expose them to life for otherwise they will never learn the lessons it holds.  What better way to let them learn than under a parent's watchful eye.  But do I miss your point..... what has trust and children got to do with the original post?

i have a question i had many submissive and slaves want to relocate and be with me. but has anyone really find someone who is true and is really willing to relocation and not be wanting to live off of you? i never take anyone up on their offer but has anyone really find someone this way oh i have a slave but it was a question i wanted to ask but hey it just came to me. love to hear the answer

Living "off" of me is never a good idea, I can be exceptionally cruel  to those who don't pull their own weight in my household and they'd have to have such an overblown ego to handle that situation.

There are true people out there, its just a matter of finding them (and having a good bullshit detector)

Hello everyone,
This is a very good question. My girl will be relocating to me within the next 2 weeks. For her first month here she is not expected to find a job, as she will be in training. So, I will be supporting her. Once the training is done she is expected to find work, and begin contributing to the household.

Yes.... she's going to be here in a couple of weeks as a matter of fact.

Unravel, I never had the "huge and lengthy pros and cons analysis". I hopped on a plane to come here for a two week visit and just didn't go home again. That was 6 and a half years ago.

my kind of person :)

I just visited Sir for about a week..and soooo didnt want to go home and we were both discussing if it was possible..to not. but alas..work and being one month from graduation interplayed and i returned home.

To the OP and others who have responded. Ive seen this tone in a few other posts. The eventual goal for Sir and I (come this summer)..is for me to relocate to him. Live with him, full and perm onwership, possibly the legal M eventually. The plan is for me to start the core part of schooling (nursing) out there...and not work. I would be responsible for all the household stuff - cooking, cleaning, help with his UM as needed, back stratching <grins>  and learning to be a kick ass nurse. But..not contribution financially to the household. Soo...am I a mooch? In two years when Im done..I will contribute..but not til school is finished. I dont feel like I would be one of *those subbies who just want a free ride* (afterall..I would rather work than do laundry and scrub toilets, trust me lol).

And to the OP - it has happend. I think it happens more then we all releize, but it seems like most only talk about the bad experiences. I remember at a former job we had a seminar on customer service. If a person has a bad experience - they tell an average of 11 people, but with a good one - they only tell an average of 3. Now with online posting, obviously thats alittle different number set..but it just seems like people are more willing to share the negative then the positive.
