MissSCD -> Christmas on a budget! (11/28/2007 5:57:44 AM)

Greetings to all:

It is that time of year again.  The economy is tight.
What are some good ideas for a fiance to purchase his Mistress under $50.00?  He has been given that challenge by me.  I have a diamond.  I have everything I need.  I am not rich, but comfortable.
He is making me happy by keeping his own place up on his own.  I don't expect anything extravagant.
What are some things he can get me under  $50.00 that a conservative Mistress would enjoy.
No perfume or candy. Flowers are out.  They last for a season.
I found him a couple of cute things within the budget.

Regards,  MissSCD

Sexy:
-A new toy.

Romantic:
-A gift card to your favorite restraunt. (Okay, if you were a man with a stomach, anyhow, you'd think it was romantic.)

Practical:
-A new garment that you would be wearing often.  (Like a blouse.)

Evil, cruel, and sadistic:
-Get you a kitten, which will eventually grow into the world's sweetest cat (and, therefore, only be 99.9% evil in and of itself.)

Some of your favorite music.
Scented candles or incense and a new incense burner.
A new set of foot bath products with the footbath!
A series of books you have been coveting.  (You can probably get 3 or 4 depending on the books for under $50)
Massage oil
A new warm and fluffy robe to wear to the massage table or bed or couch.
It really depends on what your preferences are as to his service and how much he understands the little things that will delight you.  But I am always enamored of gifts that show thoughtfulness and also tie into the service.  I like My hair brushed, so I would appreciate something like a lovely new brush, comb and mirror set, for instance.   Especially knowing that the purchase was made by him with the thought in mind that he would be using the same gift to pamper Me.

Any time I am thinking under $100 for a woman I first look at earrings. Won't be getting any with gemstones, but could still get some nice gold or silver in that price range if they aren't too large. Maybe engraved Handcuffs. Or he could use the money to buy ingredients to cook you a truly superb meal at home.

A cookbook to use to cook you something yummy.

Books if it was me.

Some fun shoes.

i like SunNMoon's idea to get you a cook book then you get to pick out a meal he is to make for you or new toys are always fun

Those are very good ideas; however, he cooks for me all the time.   Occasionally, I cook.  I don't have pierced earings, but a neclace or something of that nature might work.
We have toys.
The flogger I want cost nearly $200.00.  That is out for a while.  I have a perfectly goiod flogger.
Thanks for the suggestions.

Regards, MissSCD

Dedicate a day to doing nothing on pampering you.  Spend the $50 on accoutrements like bubble bath, massage oil, good chocolate, a good paperback novel.   Have your comfy clothes ready, some favorite DVDs, etc.  Breakfast in bed, bath, pedicure, manicure, lunch, massage, afternoon tea, nap, dinner, play.   He should plan in out carefully with what you like in mind.   Research on the internet how to do things like massage, peds, etc properly (there's a ton of information out there), how to serve tea.

Sometimes it really is the thought that counts.

- a special ornament to hang all year
- a back massage pillow
- gloves
- tickets to a local show
- magazine subscription
- pullover
- special dvd collection

Those are all under 50.  Those are also most of what I'm getting my partner this year.

More than likely the answer would be something you happen to like.  Since we are all different beings and nobody really knowing what you like.  Only you can answer that.
Homemade gifts are real nice as well, perhaps he could learn to make that flogger?

DomMeinCT -> RE: Christmas on a budget! (11/28/2007 6:08:39 PM)

He could learn how to do something he doesn't already know that would please you.  Example:  Library and/or internet to learn how to give a great massage.  Or he could do a good-size task that you've dreaded doing for a long time that he could do instead (Paint a room?  Refinish a piece of furniture?  Organize and clean the garage?  Gather up all those unwanted clothes and household items and actually bring them to Goodwill?)

TreasureKY -> RE: Christmas on a budget! (11/29/2007 5:32:20 AM)

Have him check the local community college... most offer short courses in everything from photography to ballroom dance.  Classes typically meet once a week for a month or two and registration fees might fall in the $50 range.

Floggers on ebay are well under $50...
Handcuffs run about $40...
Rope bundles are quite affordable.
Rolls of pallet wrap

Buy some materials and make you something with his own hands. What could be a more memorable  keepsake? I love things like this, they beat store bought things hands down.
