If you really want to be a dominant and have a sub/slave, first learn. Read books, read the forums here and elsewhere. Get involved in your local bdsm community, attend demos, watch, listen, learn. Find what's right for you. Work on you first so you have something to offer a prospective sub/slave. From your posts here so far, you aren't ready for the responsibility of owning another.

The OP evidently needs anger management classes and some 'how to classes' in how to be a Mistress as julia pointed out.
 
The BEST way to find a partner, make your profile attractive to the kind of person(s) you want to encounter, have profiles up on more than one site; and if you are like me, put one up on match.com you would not believe how many kinksters are on there {shake smy head}. 
 
After yuo find someone who you would like to meet, meet them in a public place {leave the toys at home}, and go from there, a Starbucks card always helps too.

..so far it seems to me the easiest way is to be female.. I've had no luck meeting anyone either serious (not just looking for a fuck) or honest (not using fake pictures or lying about the age). How about a giant glue trap?  A field trip to Home Depot or Lowe's?  For females trying to find a master...a nice rack?  The possibilities are endless.

try your local biker bar... walk in the door stand on a table in your best short leather skirt and deep diving v neck blouse ... do a wolf whistle to get their attenton and then yell these words * hey rednecks .. which one of you wants to be my bitchboy ? * and enjoy the dozens of applications you get

or as mentioned several times .. learn about the lifestyle and train yourself first . then consider a potplant and after a year consider a sub if the plant still lives

Seriously, I had one find me from seeing me in the local mall. He approached me, we dated and split up. Once we reconnected, we resumed a friendship with benefits and also I am helping him explore the dominant side to his personality and bringing out the sadist in him.

I checked out the OP's profile & her recent posts on CM.  She's young, 20, and is in need of obvious education.  IMHO, she needs a mentor and a xanax. 

(Though I hope she doesn't get ahold of anyone in the near future for r/t play).

OP, do you have any r/t experience?  You didn't say much in your profile other than you're "probably" looking for slaves.  Are you sure you're a Top & not a bottom or switch? Are you sure it's not your own ass you see bloody & caned?
