I have a real hard time doing "nothing", especially during the week.
I am famous for setting my alarm clock and laying down for 1-2 hours as I am
getting ready to do now.
It is my way of resting, relaxing and doing NOTHING.
I usually have the t.v. or radio on.
If I take a nap fine, if I just rest fine.
But either way, I am doing basically nothing and when I get up I am recharged
to do something.

I am disabled and at times forced to not work. Next month I will celebrate the 1st anniversary with my company and believe me that is quite a long stretch for me. The most trouble I have when not working and living alone, which won't be for much longer, is not having a routine schedule. I am just someone who needs that. So, I had to set myself a bedtime and wake up time that fell somewhere on the ''normal scale.''  For me, bed at midnight and up by 8-9am. Probably the most difficult for me was that every day felt like the weekend so I had to make a weekend. I allowed myself to stay up as late as I wanted on Friday and Saturday nights and sleep in on Saturday and Sunday mornings, as long as I was up by noon as I feel physically ill sleeping past that. Structure was the biggest loss and hurtle for me.

One thing I do is force myself to spend all day in my jammies, mostly in bed with the tv, paper and some magazines.  Phone off.

That is my favorite way to spend a Sunday... though right now the phone stays on.  In a few weeks the phone can be off  *eg*
