The thing about this is that true wealth will show. Money is not wealth any more than a ruler is height. I must give credit where credit is due, those are not my words, they were written by Dr William Pierce. Noted for his racist views and kept out of the mainstream because of it, he was no less a great Man. I do not completely agree with everything Pierce said in his life, but he was very intelligent. In the piece "The Bums Are White Again" he outlines what wealth truly is, and that money is simply a measure. You can't eat money, I guess you could burn it for heat, or actually use it for kindling, but the point is money is worthless. And that goes for real money as well, meaning gold and silver. That you can't even burn, but I suppose you could sharpen it into a form of arrowhead or something. Big money, the suits, the rich, none of them have any idea how dependent they are upon us, the workers. The people who can design, build and repair things. We ourselves give money it's value. That being because we are willing to trade our sweat and skills for it. That is dependent upon others accepting the money we have earned, that is traded true wealth for. One day the dollar will basically go into the toilet. When that happens those people who have never worked a day in their life will have a problem. You already know that money can't buy certain things, but ponder this, what happens to the rich when money will not buy anything ? We can barter like primitives, I can fix your car for a side of beef, I can fix the wiring in your house for a car, I can distill my grass clippings for fuel. I could trap rabbits and other small animals for food. You could get your hands on some denim and make me a pair of pants, in turn I can mend your fence. In today's day and age money equals power. That is because we all want it. What happens when we don't ? People with real power are true leaders. Those with superior planning abilities and the capacity to inspire. Such people do not buy their power, they have earned it. Rare, but there are a few. Dr. Pierce was one. You don't have to agree with everything a leader says, you can opt out or just go along with the plan. But when money is involved, you will capitulate or starve. I am looking forward to the day when money is useless, talk about a class war, hell this is a class inversion. When we are so down and out that we go and steal from the rich, but never ask them for their wallet, but instead take the bags of groceries they just bought. When I say I'll give you $100 to change the plugs in my Buick and you reply "Don't you have anything better ?". There is a Usenet newsgroup called misc.activism.militia which has basically gone downhill in the last few years. On that group there is a term WTSHTF which means when the shit hits the fan. These people can hunt and fish, survive without modern technology and somehow get by, almost no matter what. That is wealth. To be here WTSHTF would be the pinnacle of my life. But I am 47 and I doubt it'll happen in my lifetime. To see the rich begging for food, shelter, the basic needs, that would make my day in spades. All it takes is for them to keep doing what they are doing. They are killing the golden goose. With greed and corruption, there is an inevitability to this, and it is not just going to go away. They have destroyed the manufacturing base in this country, reaped profits from sending the jobs abroad. But who will buy those products ? Eventually there will be noone left with the money or credit to buy anything. China thinks she can fuck with us, but just wait MFs, sooner or later your industrial boom will come to an end, just like it did for Japan years ago. When you got money and run the world in this fashion, you are running the world economy into the ground. When an ex-vice president of BP comes looking for food I will show him my dick. Alright MF, I don't usually do this, but desert is a hamburger. And I'll be driving that beamer home. Then I'll make you one hell of a hamburger. Gold watch ? I don't care what time it is, there are no jobs. Nobody buys junk like that anymore. A bottle of fine wine ? People won't care if it is MD 20/20. WTSHTF people will care about form, not function. I might drive the beamer home, but it is not going to be my car, that would be stupid. A car is a tool to get from one place to another. Why would I want one that is hard to fix and maintain when I could have a twenty year old Buick for which parts are readily available ? When the going gets tough, the tough are forced to get going. I await the day with much anticipation. The problem is that so many of us are so dependent on the system. Many will be lost, they will have no clue. Their children will starve, and so will they, and my friends, when it is the money that has fallen, the shit starts at the top. With those who have the most money. People with alot of money generally have one thing in common. They use the money so they can afford to be ignorant and useless. I myself have been guilty of that, but I have seen the error of those ways. I have lost my greed. Therefore this will not hurt me to any great degree. I will adapt. I would like to see those born into rich families do the same, because when it happens, we will be the Sultans and they will be the beggars. See, I can be positive at times :-) What we, the working people need is for money to become useless. And they are doing it for us, not knowing that it is their undoing. Kinda cool huh ? Then of course some foreign foe will be blamed and it'll be time for another war. But if money is useless I doubt many will attend. Is this post "salty" or is it the truth ? (or both) T
