Romney is spending $85K a day on TV ads.This guy really wants it.I think he`s the phoniest of the bunch. http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2007/11/13/romney-shattering-tv-advertising-record/ Boy!, is his wife going to be pissed, if he losses.

This makes me laugh. Romney is a media designated "front runner" while Ron Paul, who has raised $16 million with donations averaging around $100(!) is a "longshot". Romney has absolutely nothing and no-one that his money hasn't bought.

Ah, the magic underwear-wearing Mormon. Gotta keep those special symbols touching the body at all times! It makes me wonder what plans he has for religion in America. Perhaps the door-to-door Mormon salesmen will be federally funded?

Ron Paul is called a long-shot because he truely is a long-shot. Even in New Hampshire which is an open state (meaning that independants and Democrats can vote in the Republican primary), Paul is running in 5th place. All the national polls show him running around 1-2%. What Republicans dislike about Paul is they fear he is weak on terror and defense. They dont believe that he will act militarily to protect the nation. He also wants to cut the defense budget and most conservatives along with former and current military actually want more money for defense. So he has made enemies of those major parts of the Republican party. If he wasnt so anti-defense, he might have had a chance. Remember that people know that the President is the commander-in chief. The people trust that he will defend the nation against attack and stand up for our interests. This is something Hillary is having a difficult time proving. That she is going to be tough enough to be President. Americans want a strong leader.....not a diplomat that will bend-over-backwards for every nation on the planet. Romney is really the unofficial front-runner right now in the GOP. He has a lead in Iowa, New Hampshire, Michigan, and South Carolina. If he wins all 4 of those states, it may be enough momentum to swing Florida away from Rudy, and Romney will end up in a sweep of the early primaries.
