Status: offline 		Okay, seems we had fun with the Greatest Female Vocalist threads, so now, we take a look at rock and roll, in general. This is the first of 16 (yes, that many, sorry) threads, that will cover the 1960s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. As things go on, I'll figure out a way of taking the best of each thread, and we'll have a big finale. Weee.....

I was only allowed to listen to classical music to the age of twelve.  My only other exposure was infrequent, mainly due to what my sister would turn the radio to.  When I was given a choice of one group that was not classical to listen to, I went with the Beatles.  Not a single regret, there.
