Orion One could argue the toss but wasn't Carter one of the Presidents with the most integrity? I thought Americans thought his presidency was a waste of time and space. Politics and human relations are a dirty business, unless you are a saint that is and I haven't noticed many of them around lately. Pretty much accurate on Carter's presidency, MC. To the OP; I'd say 60% integrity, 40% issues, because as others have said, without integrity, you don't have anything, but issues certainly count. If you have someone with a high degree of integrity, but they want to do things you consider horrible for the country, you still don't have a powerful reason to see them in office.
