I find that rather than being able to tell if a person is kinky one can behave in subtle ways that kinky people will pick up on. Being approachable is the key to finding other "kinksters". A magnetic personality draws kinksters to you.

I seem to remember hearing that the second most common sexual fantasy is bondage, now do some handcuffs and a fun night meet "some level" I don't know. Does someone fantasizing but never acting count? Oh in case your wondering group sex is number one(which as I understand incudes 3-somes). I suppose it depends entirely on where you draw the line.
