Why are you bothered by people viewing your profile? All sorts of people view mine but it means very little as usually it is because I have posted something on the fora. If you don't want anyone to see your profile make it hidden.

There would be no point in it. The person that you blocked would just create a new/seperate profile and keep on viewing you.
