Squeakers -> RE: Male subs contacting female subs for more than just "friendship..." (11/3/2007 4:00:36 AM)

I think RRafe has a good point. quote:
Desperation, they are the biggest group-with the least going for them in overall odds. And there are quite a few Domme's who are Pro. I rarely see a Pro Dom. To further this, there are many submissives who 'seem' to have a Dominant streak. In that thread that RRafe started about the submissive paradox someone refered to the controlling submissive as a quote:
'subinatrix' ... Perhaps the submissive male might think that a submissive or submissives in general have not given into their 'true' self that of a Domme. This submissive might think that the natural order of things is for females to be in charge. I had a professor in college who truly believed this--I doubt he is submissive, but he was giving a lecture on Native American's I believe (it's been a while) and because I forget exactly what he said I can not relate it exactly, but the point was that eons ago, women really were in charge and then it changed. It had something to do with the earth surface being red and relating it to the menstral cycle of a woman. The whole thing did make sense but the point is that some believe that it is the natural order of things for one sex or the other to be in charge. It's sort of like a Dom trying to turn a Domme submissive. Anyhow over the years I have been approached by submissive males myself and when I tell them, it won't work as I too am submissive, I've gotten the response that they are really a switch. And maybe that is what it is. I am not sure, anyhow, partnering with a switch or a submissive simply does not work for me and they would get a good luck in your journey and I'd move on.
