Hi,

It seems there are more and more sub's admitting that they are curious about enemas. Maybe we could have a section just for enema play discussions? It is a hot topic for a number of us.

ennema is fun but not worthy of a entire forum section, just keep in mind when doing it only do it once or twice a week since it flushes out all of your electrolights.

I can understand your passion. However, it would seem if they started subdividing the forums like that they would eventually have all to add all 106 paraphilias as well.

Yahoo chat used to have enema chat rooms before yahoo closed them down a few years ago. I learned a lot from other people that way but google comes up with tons of stuff on enema and some interesting recipes too.

Yes, I remember Yahoo. Before that was Compuserve's HSX-12 forum. Frank E Ball's fraternity in Chicago had national listings. My suspicion is that many of those folks went out when AIDS came in as the critical mass is not what it was. It worked well as a whole forum, in those days although I was a lot more interested in turning women onto them than playing with other guys and never FULL-filled those fantasies. :-)

i was starting to count on my fingers then realized i couldnt count that high without listing on a piece of paper and coudnt find any with lines so i finally just said screw it

I think it is something that can have many threads of its own and it would be good to keep them together.

By the way, electrolytes can be maintained by adding a bit of salt to the water. There are other ways to restore them as well. After a long cleansing and play session, yogurt will seem especially delicious.

I've used these quite a bit in play,and yes-you need to maintain electrolytes. But again,most people in most places have issues with anything relating to scat-so most of this stays underground.

i don't know about other people but, for my Master, giving me enemas isn't about scat - He doesn't like shit. It's about control. He doesn't do it often but, when He decides to give me an enema, He tells me to pull down my pants and assume the position and stay there, without telling me why or what He's going to do. He decides how long i hold it in and then He tells me to go to the toilet. It's all about Him being able to do with me what He will any time He wants.

i don't see the big deal about enemas. They don't bother me but, they aren't a big turn-on for me, either. i just enjoy doing whatever my Master tells me to do, no matter what it is.

All the kinks like this one? If the topic of enemas needs to go 'underground' on a BDSM message board, what does thay say about the level of timidity and non-kinkiness of the people on this site? This place always seemed pretty tame to me (compared to other alternative sex/lifestyle web groups) but, if talking about enemas is considered 'taboo' then this place is even more timid and 'vanilla-ized' than i originally thought.

I have made a personal vow to never give an enema again for non-medical reasons, but I have used them in the past and had lots of fun with them. Spankos and anal players are often big into enemas, and even a little Fleet and a buttplug can make a paddling scene much more amusing.

I can't believe that this kind of thing would be considered edgy at all.

It really is just cleaning out the gut. But some of us still have a lot of very vanilla inculcated inhibitions,so I guess I see why it's so touchy for some folks.

I think it's considered edgy for the shitty-taboo and utter embarrassment it elicits. Personally, I’d rather ‘clean-up’ on my own than not at all…but I think I’d die before I could handle someone doing this to me. Still… I can talk about anything! LOL

Really, a little salt helps? I’ve always just used plain water (and not that much of it) or emptied a new Fleets-bottle of the contents and filled it up with plain ol’ warm water; because I understood all the chemicals were not a good idea.

Personally, I cannot physically handle enemas; or I’m doing them wrong. Last time I used more than a cup, I had cramps for hours and later that night…‘leaked’ a small puddle that went all the way through the mattress to the other side! And I was at Thunder that weekend; talk about embarrassment! OMG

So, I got one of those little red ball thingies and just use a cup or so and immediately evacuate; no more issues for me. Well...unless I find someone who wants to be in control... <sigh>

Well, I'm not into scat, but the D&s aspect of them is one of my favorite things. There are people I've met, women included who do enjoy them, but it seems I go through a lot of dating before another who enjoy it comes along.
