It seems to be perfectly normal for a man to lose all sexual interest after an orgasm. It may not be convenient or desirable, but it's normal. I'm definitely that way, and I get the impression that all of my r/t male friends are as well. If there are men who can cum and keep wanting more, they must be extremely rare.
When I'm in the dominant role, I usually prefer not to have my dick touched until the very end of the night. That way my arousal continually builds, and I'm overflowing with a restless electricity that makes me more and more creative as the night wears on and the girl's tears flow. It's when I'm *shaking* with the desire to fuck her--when I feel I'm going to burst--that I'll suddenly get an idea that's so cruel I just have to turn away for a moment and grin. Then I implement this idea, which makes her moan/cry/writhe more, which increases my arousal...and the spiral continues.
If the problem is that having an orgasm makes you lose your sexual creativity, the answer would seem to be simple: postpone any direct stimulation of your dick until the very end of the scene. Or am I missing something? I guess that solution wouldn't work for you if it's very important to either of you to have sex earlier in the night. I prefer "me clothed/her naked" scenes, so it's never been much of an issue for me. Good luck.
