I wrote someone on the other side, a person that seemed to Me to know a lot about how to do things over here and asked for advice on how to quote, telling them that I had tried looking it up in the search section but couldn't find any directions and would they PLEASE advise? They read it and just chose not to answer! That was yesterday, so they have had plenty of time. Can someone tell Me how to do it?

But when? Do I have to do it at the first? Doesn't it have to be highlighted first? You have to tell it somehow what you want quoted!

If you type your response after the last quote tag then your response will show up outside of the box. You may have to scroll down a bit to get to the end of all of the quotes.

And there are sometimes glitches in email on the other side. Some don't have the capability to answer back.

Well I dunno Elaine. You emailed me on 10/17/07 at 12:11 pm to ask me about quoting. I responded to you on 10/17/07 5:46 PM and my collarme email says you still have not read it. Perhaps it's more an issue with your email rather than the rudeness of others. In case you were wondering, this is the body of the email that was sent: The easier way is just click the "quote" button on the top right of the post. That will put all the text of that post into a quote box. If you want to quote sections of a text, just make sure the quote command [quote] is at the start of the text and the end quote command [/quote] is at the end of the text you want to quote. Any text within those boxes will be in a quote.

im online every day. the next day is too soon- as i could be anywhere doing anything. if a site isnt working properly i dont hang there long. it could be a month before i see my yahoo mail- so if it important email is not best.

That's terribly impolite of you to keep her waiting so long, and you should be ashamed of yourself. With luck, someone will spank you for it.
