I keep getting told that my Collarme profile writing is coming up in ASCII format but every time I go to fix it, it looks fine to me. I looked in the Help section but there's nothing there about this and I'm not sure how to contact admins on this site. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or how to fix it?

It seems ok to me. I've seen some profiles which have open ended html tags and cant be viewed. Yours seems fine... Are you looking to go back to the default font and color? Some people are saying that it looks like it's in Wingdings font or something and for others, it looks fine. I just want people to be able to read it. I wouldn't mind it being blue, like it looks when I try to edit the profile, but that's not incredibly important.

It could be a system glitch that may right itself soon. Your profile looks perfectly fine, but ours had problems at the end of last week and is fine again now. I would just give it a day or so and then see what happens. the.dark.

The font your using might not be a standard internet font. All web browsers ship with a few standard fonts, Ariel amoung them, but after that rendering a character depends on the font used being installed on the PC viewing the website. If you know the person(s) who can't see the website, change your font to Ariel and see if they can see it then. At least then you'll know it s a font problem.
