Status: offline 		Er, call me clueless but where in the story does it mention anythign abotu BDSM? It does say that 2 of the victims he met online. Was it a BDSM pertsonals page or a kink chatroom or somethign else the story dosent mention?

I agree. Unless there is something about the incident that is not mentioned in the article.

BDSM is based on 100% consensual play on all sides. Rape is not part of BDSM.

Initally,  they reported that Orlando police and Seminole sheriffs office has been using b.com and Collarme to browse all  local ads searching for loosely profiled predators. After the inital report they dropped any more information pertaining to the bdsm aspect publicly. Since the first report, they have consistently denied any more knowledge of bdsm or how they obtained evidence electronicly.

It is very bad reporting; on the one hand he knows these women but on the other he has to impersonate the police for what exactly? He takes them to an abandoned apartment; they went for what reason with this fake police officer? Was this some kind of role play scenario that went too far because I can’t understand it from what little is written about it?

Status: offline 		the article didnt, but the man did actually have a profile here. claimed to be a 'dom'. there were no red flags when meeting him, because i did. i know of at least one other girl that met him from here as well. he also claimed to be a regular at the Orlando Munch.

Status: offline 		SO hopefully you checked out the munch people and knew he was lying.  Again, to the OP, unless there is a followup story, there is no bdsm bit in that story.  And for the ones he met online, wherever he met them, they needed to take precautions as they should from ANY ONLINE arena, not just this site.  I would imagine he is prolly on the swinger sites also, if you knew the truth.

The pics on the profile match the mug shots in the news.

There are two profiles on here blogging about their relationships with him.  They proclaim his innocence, and announce they are planning a "attack the accuser" defense.

There is no such thing as membership at the Orlando Munch.  Munch organizers have been publicly silent so far. I checked with munches in neighboring counties, and got back two private emails saying they knew someone he had raped. 

There were stories on his case from several news agencies on the net last I checked, I think all you have to do is google his name to get them to come up.  All the stories differed in content but the facts they held in common matched up.

I doubt that seriously... for one thing, the police don't get to decide that, and I would like to see that unusual definiton written in a code book somewhere.
