Hope everyone has a great week. We are off to Glacier Park and the Flathead Valley of Montana for a week Figured we should get a short vacation in before my surgery.

What surgery? Hope it turns out okay....

We're staying in Sandpoint ID the first night, then 3 nights in Kalispell, then one or two nights in Polson, then another night or two in northern ID on the way home. Most of the lodges in the park are closed this time of year.

Ahh. Well, I'm sure it's going to turn out fine but still, it's always nerve-wracking having to do things like that.

Such beautiful country. You're going to have a great time, I'm sure. But are you prepared for snow? Tempatures are dropping fast in this region!

Ah...that's right. I was there at the end of August about fifteen years ago and they were already getting snow. Should be beautiful. Take lots of pictures and enjoy!

I’ve a guarantee for you… next year you will be able to hike those trails without pain...I’m so glad I gave up the fight and had the replacement.

Good luck…I’ll bet you will be surprised how easy the surgery is …I know I was
