piggie -> moving to the usa (7/23/2005 6:08:45 PM)

Hello

Maybe someone here can help me?
As i am seeking a life as a real life slave on a 24/7 TPE position i was wondering what i need to be able to stay in the usa?
My plan is to get a job and live with a Mistress who will then control everything in my life.
Would it be possible to stay in the usa forever? Or can i get only a workpermit/greencard for a few months?
The reason i am thinking about moving to the usa is because it seems to be very hard to find dutch Women who accept 24/7 slaves. Maybe because here the houses are smaller and Women have not enough room to keep slaves in.

Thank You for Your attention.
piggie

This has been discussed in the following thread:

Foreign Applicants

And there are some links and contact information on these:

Green card/relocation

If you need assistance with Documents

It's odd. I know -many- Dutch and Belgian people who can't seem to find other like-minded people. (Yeah, I know the countries aren't near each other, but it's those two I seem to meet most often.)

Anyway, there ARE a lot of people in that area, they just don't seem to connect.

Thank you for the links siamsa24.

However i do not understand the third link. As far as i can see it leads to a website of a company that makes websites for others?

I do appreciate the the second link as it is very usefull. Too bad that it tells me moving to the us permanently is very difficult if not impossible.

The third link is to an individual who can help with documents (I believe), you may try contacting her.

I believe that the first thing you need to do prior to applying for a visa is to find a job. Your future employer will need to fill out some of the paperwork for a work visa. It's not going to be easy or cheap, so be prepared to shell out some cash and expect some delays.

I believe you are right. But its not just any job either.

H-1B Frequently Asked Questions

So for example, nurses from foreign countries can come here on an H-1B work visa. But a Wal-Mart employee couldn't (unless they were, managment level or above).

Of course, getting married and applying to be a permanent resident (getting a 'green card') also works. But how do you get to know a U.S. citizen well enough to marry them unless you are already here??

Edit:

Good luck to you Piggie, I hope you make it! [:)]

The marriage route has been changed also, there are new rules regarding that apply there as well. Thank you, Homeland Security for all the new changes. I just finished doing some research a couple of month ago for a young lady who wanted to come over.

It goes a little something along the lines of; the american would have to show proof of visiting them in their country. Then filing for a fiancee visa, after which they could come into the country. But, they would have to return to their native country for a period. Then return and file for permenant residence status, after being married ( I may have some of the rules combined, but thats it in a nut shell).

piggie -> RE: moving to the usa (7/24/2005 3:41:53 PM)

so i should marry someone? As the method via a job won't work.

The only person who i know well in the us is my Mistress but i would feel uncomfortable marrying Her as to me She is my Mistress, Goddess and/or owner and in my opinion a marriage is an arrangement with two equals. (please note that this is how i feel about marriage, i think and understand that others may have a different opinion on the subject)

Too bad that in todays world it is not allowed to be someones slave and property when it is consensual.

Well, just as the Netherlands was the first nation to legalize gay marriage, perhaps your country will be the first to legalize consentual slavery.

You might want to be aware that in much of the United States consent is not grounds for hitting another person. In Massachusetts two or three years ago a woman was arrested for paddling another woman with a wooden spoon!

BTW, the only reason I suggested marriage is (at least before 9/11) because marriage cuts through much of the bureaucratic maze and gives a person permission to stay in the U.S. on a permanent basis. But QuietMaster4u says that this has tightened up so maybe it is not an option.

If you have a job that requires high education and there is a shortage of skilled workers for that job in the U.S. then a work visa may be just the ticket you need. [:)]
