4 picks by JD Boody probably had something to do with it. He also broke a finger in that game.

This has been a weird season, so far.

This is too much fun. Recently some talking heads had been touting the PAC 10 as the best conference -- but now the Karl Dorrel death watch is on after UCLA lost to the team that got humiliated by the team that lost to Appy State, and their glamour program just lost to the team that most expected to be one of the few wins for the team that got humiliated by the team that lost to Appy State.
Though I suppose now the pundits can claim this shows just how tough the PAC 10 is . . . kinda like when Auburn lost to Mississippi State.
I'm rooting for the fighting Zookers!

Illinois all the way? If they play like yesterday, the rest of the world better watch out [8|]
My 'Horns lost to Oklahoma, making us 0-2 in conference play, the first time that's happened since 1956 [>:]
