From CNN court television, the judge just granted OJ bond on $125,000.
He did not look at cocky this time as he did in his first trial.

Errrmmm.. those were the prosecutors looking cocky at the first trial...for a while, anyway.

There`s a kidnapping charge,with a possible 15 years in jail time.The other charges also carry several years a piece.
OJ is 60.Any time in jail gonna hurt.

My gut tells me that a show trail ,will be one of strategies of the defense.
