Chicago has a great community for BDSM. We have IML, Shibaricon, Sinsations in Leather, Kinky Kollege, the Leather Sins picnics, the whip picnics, at least 4 munches that I can think of right off hand, three dungeon clubs and of course the bars like SpyBar that have fetish nights....cripes, this city rocks for bdsm if you want to get involved.

We have the best weather in north america, but no job opportunities unless you can work on the internet or some other totally independant way. No established English language bdsm community, except us. However it is still the best place we have ever lived and we would like to see folks who can come on down and help start some sort of bdsm group here.... We think if we can get something going we can attract a lot of support from Guadalajara's middle class which is only 40 miles away. Not to turn this into a personals ad but serious 24/7 slaves may apply too[:)]. Bill and Iris

The San Francisco bay area is pretty much the nation's capital for bdsm and one of the world's bdsm capitals. It doesn't get much better than this. We have world renowed players, researchers, organizations, clubs, a huge population, and a long history. Job market is alright today. Cost of living is pretty high, though.
